Shrimp & Chicken Sausage with Fried Cabbage
Ingredients
- 4 chicken sausages
- 180 g shrimp [cooked]
- 4 cups cabbage [shredded]
- 2 tsp garlic [chopped]
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika [to taste]
- red pepper flakes [to taste]
Instructions
- In large pan / wok add 2 tbsp olive oil and garlic. Saute until fragrant
- Add chicken sausage and shrimp. Saute until sausage is slightly browned
- Add shredded cabbage, red wine vinegar and remaining olive oil. Season.
- stir and toss until cabbage begins to wilt or brown slightly
- remove from heat and allow to cool slightly and eat immediately
