Italian Pork Chops with Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pork chops (approx 180g each)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp mixed Italian dried spice
  • 1 tsp garlic [minced]
  • 1 avocado
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 Celcius. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray
  • Season Pork Chop with Salt and Pepper. Sprinkle rosemary on both sides. Lay chop on Baking sheet and top with 1 tbsp butter
  • Pour water into backing sheet (ensuring lamb is raised above the water)
  • Cover baking dish with Foil
  • Bake for 45 minutes and then remove foil and continue baking for approx 15-20 minutes (or internal temp is between 65 and 70 degrees - depending on desired doneness)
  • meanwhile melt remaining butter in pan over medium heat
  • Add broccoli, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Saute until broccoli is ready
  • Serve Pork and Broccoli on plate
