Grilled Ribeye & Buttery Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 rib eye steaks (approx 250g each)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups asparagus [steamed]
- paprika [to taste]
- cumin seeds [to taste]
- garlic powder [to taste]
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Season steak as to your liking
- Grill over medium heat until desired doneness
- Steam Asparagus until desired doneness
- In a bowl combine asparagus, melted butter, salt, pepper. Toss well until coated
- Serve steak with asparagus
