Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken sausages
  • 180 g shrimp [cooked]
  • 4 cups cabbage [shredded]
  • 2 tsp garlic [chopped]
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika [to taste]
  • red pepper flakes [to taste]

Instructions
 

  • In large pan / wok add 2 tbsp olive oil and garlic. Saute until fragrant
  • Add chicken sausage and shrimp. Saute until sausage is slightly browned
  • Add shredded cabbage, red wine vinegar and remaining olive oil. Season.
  • stir and toss until cabbage begins to wilt or brown slightly
  • remove from heat and allow to cool slightly and eat immediately
