We are busy working on our Meal Planner where you can Plan Meals that suits your family dietary needs or make a completely custom made Meal Plan from recipes that are on our website. We will be adding new recipes weekly so you can continue to make your dinners exciting.

We currently have a Vegetarian + Fish Meal Plan and a Custom Meal Plan ready for you to use and modify. Completely FREE. Enjoy. Let us know your suggestions.

We welcome new recipes, and from time to time we will be selecting winning recipes and rewarding the owners of them. So please feel free to submit your favourite recipes to info@weeklymealplans.co.za.

    • We are busy with recipes that will suite such a Meal Plan, as soon as it is up on our website we will contact you. Thank you for your interest. In the meantime, you could use the Meal Plans as they are, removing the starch from the meals and doubling up the protein. Where sugar is used please replace with xylitol.

    • Most our recipes do not take longer than 45 minutes to prepare and cook. You can change servings to 2 and print your new shopping list. If you find that the meal plan is too much for you to eat, delete one or two recipes from the meal plan and eat some meals as leftovers. All the best.

  • I am a single person trying to eat health and loose weight but just can’t get it together, can your meal plan help me?

    • Absolutely! Change the portion size to 2 and make the meal plans, then use half of the meal for next days lunch or only cook 3 meals per week and use half of the meal plan for left overs then next evening. Choose meals that are low in fat to make your journey to a healthier and leaner body quicker.
